We all carry baggage. Some of it is visible like the roles, responsibilities, and expectations society places on us. But much of it is invisible the stereotypes, the unspoken pain, and the pressure to always be “strong.”

Girl Baggage was created to change that.

As women especially women of color we’ve been labeled “too loud, too angry, too independent, too much.” Those labels become heavy bags we carry everywhere, weighing down our confidence and joy.

At Girl Baggage, we believe baggage doesn’t have to break us. It can be unpacked, healed, and redefined.
